| Carriers/Time Frames
• * All orders will be shipped via FedEx Insured, USPS Registered and Insured, UPS Ground Insured, USPS Priority Mail/ First Class, or through USPS International Airmail Services. All in stock items are typically shipped out within 2 business days. Please be aware however, that there are occasional times when it can take up to 7 business days, ie., holiday season and volumn orders. Items will arrive domestically in 1-10 days and internationally in 1-30 days from the actual date of shipment. At RMJ - We pride ourselves on the quality and speediness of our shipping. • * For all special custom orders: RMJ's specialty “We'll Design What You Have In Mind,” with original, one-of-a-kind, unique pieces in Gold, Platinum and Silver, etc.. We start from scratch with hand formed and crafted wax models, molds or CAD-CAM designs to meet your very special needs by our many skilled master jewelers. So please allow appropriate time to design, execute, get approval, finish and set all gems. This may take from 3 -6 weeks depending on, complexity of design, amount of gems and availability, wax and casting work plus finishing to completion. Time frame will be outlined at time of order. “Making Tomorrow's Heirlooms” does require additonal time. • * RMJ uses shipping companies that will require an actual physical address (that is matching to address of payment). PO Boxes will not be accommodated by our shipping companies. We do however allow pick ups at our store(s) which can result in great savings. Note: We only ship with our company's designated carriers via our authorized shipping accounts as outlined above. Continental Domestic U.S. Shipping • All Continental US Shipping Rates are posted in our check out (Shopping Cart) Per Item. International and Non-Continental U.S. Shipping • All international and non-Continental US orders are shipped USPS Registered/Insured, Airmail/ Priority, unless other arrangements are made. We rarely make exceptions for surface shipping since we will not accept liability for lost or stolen packages shipped surface mail. Please contact us if you have any questions. Canada & Non-Continental US, Territories, Military, & US Associations Shipping Rate • For Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, and Palau, APO/FPO addresses: The shipping price is 2 x the Continental US Shipping Rate for a purchased item plus a shipping and handling charge for additional items. Other International Shipping Rate • For all other international orders: The shipping price is 3 x the Continental US Shipping Rate for a purchased item plus shipping and handling charge for additional items. In very rare circumstances and depending on location (i.e. Mexico, Turkey, Ivory Coast), we may require shipping via USPS registered mail/Insured and an additional fee will be added. We will not ship to current areas of conflict per USPS, FedEx and UPS, etc. recommendations: Note for US Military Service Personal – we will ship to any destination requested – please notify us of each specific situation. Expedited Shipping • If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us before payment is made. We will send the proper invoice and make the accommodations. We will only ship using our shipping accounts. Shipping Discounts • Shipping discounts, if available, are automatically calculated at checkout when two or more items are purchased. Some items are ineligible for the shipping discount due to value, size, shape, or weight and ineligibility will be stated in the item(s') description. This discount does not apply to expedited packages, special custom orders, rentals. |
