THE RMJ STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE

Is an in-house developed, original & motivational concept instituted to give the customer the very best service, integrity, quality of craftsmanship & materials within projects that are to be completed in the quickest time possible and with the utmost value available in today's marketplace. It requires the correct tools and the latest technology such as Lasers, and the current Developmental Programs such as: Blue Ocean & Lean Champion (by all associates of RMJ) in order to clearly maximize all efforts and attention towards the enrichment of the customer's shopping experience(s) at the highest levels possible.
In order to complete this task, RMJ Associates, Affiliates and Representatives must constantly continue to learn, develop and work as a team by:
  • Providing clearer focus on what needs to be done to improve profitability and competitiveness in a concise “Project Action Plan” for each job, order & task.
  • “Each One Teach One” by mentoring experienced associates with new and learning employees on the proper actions and skills that are needed and how they directly affect and effect improvement goals and their interaction with the many consumers of RMJ either Wholesale or Retail.
  • Assure projects are linked to strategic performance by developing real time performance measures and tracking techniques from designing to completion of all projects.
  • Because RMJ is a “Century Old, European Guild Style” store & manufacturer, understanding that the only clear and defined focus (to be used by all associates) is that: “A Customer's Satisfaction Is The Only Key To Success.” (Be it our many visitors, clients or customers).
  • Continue to be lean in manufacturing and all business processes as a constant dynamic and dramatic process. To eliminate waste and duplication of services improved attention must be always brought and balanced to: Quality, Cost, Time and Service. The concepts of using creativity and originality via Blue Ocean, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and A3 Problem Solving are reinforced at all times to focus on various process improvement opportunities as a manufacturing and marketing key to success.
